Due to higher BP 165/91 (but is that really high?)
I was at my desk getting ready to come up stairs and my vision was getting blurry.

I don't think Laura wants to bring back in a body bag  ::)

Ryan and Laura are definitely out for the hike this weekend.  We plan to sleep in and let Ryan take it easy all day.
